2nd OpenGL editor crashes when first one is closed

I’m having an issue with a plugin that uses OpenGL components. It’s working in Pro Tools and the plugin host. I’m trying to get it to work in Reaper, and if I only have one instance it works fine.

If I have two instances, when the first instance is closed, then sometimes the second instance of the plugin crashes in context.renderer->renderOpenGL();

Anybody seen anything like this?
