Agreement clarifications

#1

The new Agreement appears to have ambiguity between the ProJucer and the JUCE Framework/SDK… I was wondering if these could be addressed…

Clause 3 ©

This clearly needs some differentiation between the JUCE API source code and the ProJucer software. In fact clauses 3 © through (f) all seem to apply to Projucer and need some differentiation to allow the licensee to actually use the API.

I’m sure there are other places in the Agreement where differentiation is required.

Thanks,

Rail
