Has anybody seen the new terms on Google Play?
To help improve transparency and user safety on Google Play, Google will display your legal name, legal address, developer email address, and developer phone number on Google Play.
Are they seriously going to display the phone number of small developers on Google Play?!

Seems so.
For developer accounts for personal use (are these “small developers”?) it seems that only the legal name, country and email are displayed.
Assuming it is not a spammer who conveniently now has access to a new pool of verified phones.
