Visual Studio for macOS just got announced today:

But they should have called it differently IMHO. It looks like it will be mainly a dev environment for mobile based on .NET and C#. C++ isn’t mentioned at all.

On a similar note, have you tried Visual Studio Code? It’s fantastic. Probably the best cross platform IDE for C++ at the moment. It lacks C++ refactoring, but IIRC they are working on that too.

I use Atom on mac but to be honest VS Code is actually a little faster and more stable for me. especially under Windows but also great on macOS.
