Anyone got through to Avid recently? (Pro Tools Developer / AAX signing)

I’ve been trying to get set up for AAX since start of July and I’m going in circles, so I’m hoping someone here has done this more recently than I have.

Where I am: registered Avid developer, have the SDK, plugin builds as AAX, physical iLok in hand. I already ship commercially as VST3 and AU. What I need is a Pro Tools Developer licence to test the unsigned build, then the PACE signing tools.

What I’ve sent: audiosdk@avid.com on 16 July, devauth@avid.com on 20 July, and partners@avid.com. Seventeen days, nothing back from any of them.

I’ve resent everything to that address and formatted the signing request the way PACE’s July article specifies, with the “PACE AAX Code Signing Tools Request” subject line and the company details they ask for. Still quiet.

Has anyone been through this in the last few months? Mostly I want to know whether devauth is still answering, and whether there’s a route that currently works better than email.

You’re not alone: Releasing AAX plugin - no response from Avid. Tips?

Seems some people have no issues, and some people get stuck. I feel like some emails fall through the cracks for some reason. It’s not an ideal system

Try support@paceap.com - I have found them very helpful.

Having the same problem. After weeks of having no reply I used another email but still nothing.

Were you able to get a reply yet? I’m facing the same issue here.
