Automatic scan on startup

Hi

is there a way to run scan on a specific format, automatically as plugin host starts up?

You're writing this host, right? So you can do anything you want when it starts up!

Not exactly, I am using the plugin host example as a base, and I try to figure out how to modify it to achieve this.
