Avid Signing Tools Request -- Turnaround Time?

Can anyone speak to their experience with getting the signing tools from Avid/Pace? I’m going through this for the first time and have been waiting over two weeks with no response from audiosdk@avid.com. By contrast, the Dev Auth team responded very quickly when I asked for Pro Tools Developer. So it’s making me a little antsy. Is this a typical wait time?

I got a response on the next day after application. Shouldn’t be that much delay (weeks) … maybe followup?
