[Bug] juce::JSON::toString ignores FormatOptions::withMaxDecimalPlaces

Serialising a var object to json will ignore the FormatOptions::withMaxDecimalPlaces (latest master)

juce-framework/JUCE/blob/master/modules/juce_core/javascript/juce_JSON.cpp#L427-L439

          {

              out << "null";

          }

          else if (v.isUndefined())

          {

              out << "undefined";

          }

          else if (v.isBool())

          }
