Thanks, but for some reason I don't get that warning myself, and from your screenshot I can't see what line it's at..?

Doh!  Here's where the warning is:

Note: the only change I made to the project was to set the Base SDK to OSX 10.7 and this is XCode 5.1.1

Well, it's very definitely a size_t in the latest version of the Apple SDK so I think I'll leave it as is. If in that version it was an int, then they must have changed the API at some point.
