Yes, CLion has a CMake debugger too (you can just place breakpoints in your CMake script).
I do have to say that as useful as CMake is, it’s not a good language for anything beyond basic target set up so if you have to do too much debugging in CMake - usually it’s a hint that there’s an alternative/easier solution for that problem.
