if anyone is struggling just like me, I’ve updated this script with the actual MacOs API, it worked today April 2024, hope it can help someone. Feel free to point to potential amelioration.
(you should have you certification apple dev ID for Application and Installer in your Keychain for it to work)

Thanks for posting. I haven’t had to use the previous original in a while, but I had assumed it would need updating considering Apple have updated their notarisation tools.
