Has anyone experienced Fonts getting corrupted on OS X like the below screenshot?
We’ve had a couple of isolated reports from customers experiencing this issue. It can be fixed by going to Applications > Font Book and choosing ‘Validate Fonts’ from the ‘File’ menu. Another customer resolved it by re-installing Microsoft Office!
Any advice gratefully received!

Do you have any more information on when this occurs? Are you using a custom typeface?

It’s not a custom typeface, no. It’s Helvetica Light.
Unfortunately that’s about all the information that I have on the issue. It has only come up on two isolated installs. Once it’s fixed it doesn’t seem to come back. We don’t have any steps to reproduce the issue at this stage.
