Create vst3 presets by code

Is there some code that can create vst3 preset files? We have a lot of presets and it would be handy to convert them automatically by passing a class id and a binary chunk.

We finally left it. I’m still interested in a solution for this. It would be handy to have the possibility to export the vst3 preset directly from a plug-in.
