createFromSVG: DrawableText looses justification set by svg text-anchor tag

Hi,

when creating DrawableText by createFromSVG the resulting DrawableText components seem to alway be "Justification::centredLeft" regardless of the svg text-anchor tag.

I understand that SVG text parsing is pretty complex and that juce's svg parser - although yet advanced - is still work in progress. Is there any hope the svg parser will respect the svg justification in the near future?

Hi there,

Yes, SVG parsing is a huge topic and there's no way we can implement complete support for it with the resources we currently have in the JUCE team...

I'll put this in our backlog but I can't give you any hope this will happen anytime soon.
