Did it? Or is my browser playing tricks? I really liked the left hand class list, and I don’t seem to have it any more.

Yeah Jules seems to have switched to the newer Doxygen defaults.
I’m with you, I miss the navigator tree.
I couldn’t find a way of turning it on in the new version of doxygen! Maybe I just missed a setting somewhere…
