Drag/Drop from Explorer or Finder is incorrect

When dragging a file and dropping into a specific group in the IntroJucer, the dropped file instead appears at the root of the IntroJucer project instead of the sub-group, even though the mouse drag feedback indicates the correct location:

[attachment=0]IntroJucerBug.png[/attachment]

vf_gui.cpp should have dropped into “_VFLib” but instead it appears at the root of the IntroJucer project. This can be consistently reproduced.

Surprised no one has noticed this…it’s been in there from day 1.

Yes, very odd that nobody noticed! Thanks, I’ve fixed it now.

FYI, a variation of this bug is still present for the Visual Studio 2010 exporter (and possibly other exporters).

It goes like this:

  • Drag/drop from Explorer to IntroJucer, into a group
  • File appears in the correct position
  • Export project

Result:

File will appear at the root of the IDE-specific project instead of inside the folder

Workaround:

  • Drag the file to a different group, then drag it back
  • Export project

Result:

File will now appear in the correct folder in the IDE-specific project.
