It seems Label and Button have been left out to have defaults, where most (all?) of the others using NotificationType have it defaulted already (albeit inconsistently between sendNotificationAsync and sendNotification).
Fairly easy tweak to make with what appears to have no noticeable side effects in my apps and plugins:
