FR: setPopupDisplayEnabled with no timeout

Right now, if only hovering, the popupDisplay automatically vanishes after 2 seconds. I would like this time to be adjustable, as I don’t want the popupDisplay to vanish at all (unless I stop hovering over that component).

Adding a new LookAndFeel function “int getSliderPopupDisplayTimeout” would be OK, or simply adding it as a parameter to the “setPopupDisplayEnabled” call (with a default of 2000 if not passed to keep compatibility).

I would have thought that if the timeout were set to -1 that the popup would remain until a mouseExit()…?
