I know quadraticTo can do this through two points, and cubicTo make it for three points.

It’d be useful to know by the documentation of JUCE, how to calculate the control points for the Path::quadraticTo and Path::cubicTo functions. Or perhaps I can use the parametric versions?

You will have to calculate the control vertices yourself out of each three consecutive points.
The tangent should be the orthogonal to the half enclosed angle.
