I’ve rebuilt Plugin Host with this addition to its .plist:

<dict>
  <key>NSAllowsArbitraryLoads</key>
  <false/>
  <key>NSExceptionDomains</key>
  <dict>
    <key>localhost</key>
    <dict>
      <key>NSExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads</key>

      <key>NSIncludesSubdomains</key>
      <true/>
    </dict>
  </dict>
</dict>

Aaand I’m using the same for the plugin and request are getting through.
