# I'm having a bit of difficulty understanding the licensing

There are two kinds of licensing, commercial and GPL, right?  
If I clone the github repo, I can just use that to build my GPL application, right?  
The splash screen, analytics and all of that is not present in the GPL version, right?

I’ve found a similar topic but this is the kind of thing I wouldn’t want to take chances with.
