Intellisense broken for JUCE cpp files in solutions

This is called a unity build and adding includes isn’t the solution!

Pretty sure we went over this already last year. There’s no problem adding explicit includes and keeping the unity builds format. I believe we discussed it here, and I even have a working example with juce_osc, and of course my own modules.

Adding Visual Studio Code code completion

Most of it would be the same. If you look at my example, many of the stuff in the module header are just copied to another header, like juce_osc_common.h and that includes all the external native headers in a very copy-paste way, as that part shouldn’t change.
