i'm a Juce newbie, is there any support from Introjucer for Code::Blocks (MinGW 64 bit?)

Well yes.. Although we're not big fans of mingw here, the Introjucer does support it as a target. Just create yourself a new exporter and it should hopefully work.
Definitely recommend using Visual Studio if you're a newbie though. It's much easier to use.
