BTW why do you think MS express is so much better than dev c++, MS requires to install so much stuff and dev c++ was so simple to install and so small, and easy to update, and open source…also MS looks so complicated
MS is much easier, builds faster executables, smaller executables…
better debugging…

The bloat is extensive, but the IDE is significantly more feature rich, and many of those features you are going to be greatful for when you need them.
