When I want to see some usage stats in Windows using the Task Manager, my Juce application becomes so slow.
The thing is, that even after I close the Task Manager and restart my app, it still runs in slow motion.
What is the reason?

I’ve no idea. Sounds like Windows is doing something dodgy, perhaps replacing one of the app’s system dlls with an instrumented version, or something weird, but I’ve never heard of anything like that before.
