JUCE applications start on second plane in windows

When I’m debuging an juce aplication in Visual Studio it runs normally, but when I open a Juce executable it starts behind any other opened window. Even the Juce demo and the Projucer please help.I noticed this in windows 7, vista and windows 10, not sure of other versions.

This is how the problem looks like, it starts like this:

Yes I’ve reported this before. Fortunately the workaround is simple.

When double-clicking in explorer, the JUCE window will pop up behind the explorer window, and the taskbar icon will flash, but the window will not be focused.
