Juce Demo build error in windows VS 2005

Hi Jules,

I thought you’d like to know that in checking out an issue in my code I downloaded the latest tip (1.53.96) and hit a compile error I haven’t run into before building with VS2005: “error C2733: second C linkage of overloaded function ‘_interlockedbittestandset’ not allowed” along with six other similar errors on other _interlocked… functions.

BTW, It builds fine with VS 2008.

Well, I dug out my old VS2005 machine, but the demo compiles and runs just fine on there for me…?
