Large file issue (>2GB) and patch enclosed

Hi Jules,

So far the mac and linux version do not handle correctly files
bigger than 2GB.

Please find enclosed a patch for the mac version.

It should be the same for linux as it uses POSIX stuff.

Thanks, I did see this but as you say, very busy…

You couldn’t just email me the file that you changed, could you? The diff is a bit useless, as it doesn’t really show the individual changes - it’d be easier for me to have a take a look at it in winmerge.
