I haven’t upgraded yet, because I need my juce project to be stable for the moment.
Any suggestions? Upgrade to lion now or later?

I think I’ll wait a little while before upgrading too, but hopefully it won’t make too much difference - Xcode should work the same way, and there shouldn’t be any compatibility issues with the code that’s generated.
just install it on another hard disk, if you are not sure. Did it, without any problems.
Did not compiled yet under Lion, but my App seems to run flawlessly.
