Logic 10.7.8 and 10.7.9 no longer supports AUv3-plug-ins on Mono-tracks?

As I can see, latest versions of Logic Pro (e.g. 10.7.8 and 10.7.9) no longer allow to insert AUv3-plug-ins in Mono-mode on Mono tracks — there’s only Mono-to-Stereo mode available now. True Mono no longer available? Im I right? Any ideas on it?

P.S. JUCE AUv3 example plug-ins also lost Mono-mode (only Mono-to-Stereo-mode available) in latest Logic, although AUv2 example plug-ins still support true Mono-mode.

In new Logic Pro 10.8 this bug was successfully fixed.
