There is a free event taking place at Queen Mary University of London (Maths Lecture Theatre) on the 21st of June. Registration has been extended until 11th of June.

It is aimed at audio software developers in academia, but the event is open to anyone as far as I can see.
I am in no way affiliated with the event, but I’m going to roll along.
