Midi recording instruments in Traktion

Hi

Im new to all of this so please excuse my lack of knowledge

so ive installed traktion on a PC which my yamaha midi keyboard is connected to, i have been able to record midi from the keyboard to the software

the issue im facing is when i play back , all tracks play back through the keyboard as the currently selected instrument rather than as the instrument i recorded with and i dont seem to be able to find any way to change it in the software
