Multichannel vst instrument no audio output in nuendo

Hi,
we are experiencing some issues trying to play some audio out of a multichannel configuration in a vst instrument type plugin in Nuendo.
The problem seems to be related to the channel configuration :
This kind of ocnfiguration {1, 1}, {2, 2}, {3, 3}, {4, 4}, {5, 5}, {6, 6} won’t work
This one {6,6} will do and properly open in a multi channel track.
It seems that Nuendo do not understand kSpeakerArrUserDefined…
Same issue with Juce Demo plugin compiled as a Synth (Plugin is a synth = true).

This is a known issue, but fixed on the develop branch.
