OSX, AttributedString and Kerning

Hi.

I noticed that in my Mac, AlertWindow and TooltipWindow (AttributedString-inside) display the text with some extra positive k e r n i n g which I didn’t specify.
Furthermore, setting the kerning myself doesn’t affect the displayed string.
In Windows 7, everything looks great.

Anyone else bumped into this one, or am I doing something wrong here?

AttributedString/TextLayout should always be using standard kerning on Mac. The code never touches the kCTKernAttributeName attribute.
I don’t remember implementing anything to do with kerning so it shouldn’t be possible to alter the kerning of an AttributedString/TextLayout.
