Hi everyone, I’m finalizing the installer on Mac for the standalone version of my plugin, but I cannot seem to figure out how to place an icon in the task bar for the user after they install.
I’m using packages for mac and have essentially followed the instructions in the tutorial. There is only one file, the .app file, that I’m copying to the hd/applications folder. This works fine but when the installation finishes the icon is not in the task bar even though the application is in the application folder and runs well.
I feel silly because I’ve scoured the options, the doucmentation, and forum posts but cannot figure out this last step. I’m sure it’s something I"ve missed, unless I actually need to run a post-installation script?
Any help appreciated!
