Prevent DoucmentWindow goes full screen when created from a fullscreen Mac app?

Hi there,
I noticed if i create a DocumentWindow from my Mac app, if the app itself is in full screen mode, then the DocumentWindow will goes full screen on a different desktop screen.

just wondering if it’s possible to make it not do that, and just create a floating window in front of the full screen Mac app instead?

I’ve tried a few things but none seem to make any difference.

Actually found a solution. It seems I should have used the DialogWindow instead of DocumentWindow class
