In the IntroJucer’s file browser, there’s a “Reveal in Finder” popup menu command for files, but not for directories.
This would have some (marginal) value as I just spent some time looking for it (“I’m sure I saw this somewhere…”)
The folder structure in an introjucer project actually has no relation to the folder hierarchy on your disk. Personally I prefer to make it mirror the physical file structure, but I’m sure a lot of other people won’t do that!

But, of course there’s no particular reason to make the two the same, so why restrict anyone?
