Request: Timestamp in audioDeviceIOCallback

Dear Jules & ROLI crew!

Most audio APIs, WASAPI, CoreAudio, ALSA... support an audio timestamp (denoting the time of the first sample in a buffer). It would be great if the audioDeviceIOCallback could supply a int64 nanosecond timestamp.

Btw, thanks for the summit, lots of inspiration there!

Yes, that could indeed be handy.

I'm a little wary of the fact that it'd be tricky to synthesise a value for it on platforms where no real value is available, but will certainly put it in our backlog.

This is something useful to support AudioBus AFAIK.
