Is there a way to retain the state of a VSTs GUI? I’m trying to make a plugin for recalling settings on hardware. So the buttons and sliders do absolutely nothing (except change the graphics). The problem is that all of the graphics reset as soon as I close the plugin window. I’ve read the “Saving and loading your plugin state” tutorial but I don’t get how to apply it to my project (or if it even is the method I should use).
