sourceSamplePosition in SamplerVoice

Would like some input in getting the sourceSamplePosition value for my class. Failing this, is there any other method I may pursue to get the current playing position of a samplersound object? I'm trying to make an indicator that shows the current position of sample playback similar to what's available with transport setFollowsTransport.

For something like that you'd probably want a customised voice class, as SamplerVoice is only very basic and isn't designed to support that kind of observer in a thread-safe way.
