If I purchase a commercial license for JUCE and I have a customer who hires me to develop a plugin for them, what can my delivarable be, since I use JUCE in the project? Binary + source or just binary?
If there is no legal issue of them getting the source - do they need to buy a JUCE license if they want to update the plugin on their own?
If you sell a binary to a company that re-sells it, then they don't need to buy a license. However, if you sell them the code and the binary, and they want to continue to update it, they will need to purchase a license per developer working on the codebase.
