"too many automation parameters active at the same time"

Hi, has anyone come across this warning before in Logic?

‘There are too many automation parameters active at the same time.
You may use TOUCH instead of LATCH to free parameters, or you can simply use less parameters.’

This is happening sometimes when only 1 parameter is automated.

Anyone seen this or have any ideas?

Is your code perhaps responding to a change in that parameter by updating a control, which is then updating the parameter again? Just a guess at the root cause of this if you only have one parameter. Never seen that error, personally.
