# Unable to checkout from GIT

Hi,  
I installed git and tried to checkout the latest juce code. But git is giving me following message

[quote]Initialized empty Git repository in /Volumes/Data/GIT/juce/.git/  
[juce.git.sourceforge.net](http://juce.git.sourceforge.net)[0: 216.34.181.91]: errno=Operation timed out  
fatal: unable to connect a socket (Operation timed out)[/quote]

Whats wrong with GIT.

Probably just sourceforge having a bit of a lie-down. Try again!
