Hi,
I find the problem in Visual Studio (2013&2015 too) that once I right click on a class to see its definition, all classes turn underlined in red telling me they are ambiguous, and it is really annoying.
I have checked the project modules folder, and there are relative paths to Juce libraries. Mine are something like this....
#include "../../../../../../../../Software/juce-grapefruit-windows/modules/juce_graphics/juce_graphics.h"
Maybe is it related to??many subfolders up to get the library 
I don't know if it will be the same with other platforms.
