# VST Installer?

well @asimilon , your friend was kinda right.  
The good thing is CPack/CMake is evolving.

The trickiest thing is that each generator needs extra changes. so you’re not guaranteed you’ll reduce code.

What was bad for my specific purpose was the need for WiX generator which is too opinionated and less customizable.

Anyway, I’ll continue discussions about it in this thread that is specific for CPack…
