VST3 Built with JUCE 6.1.6 causes REAPER to hang on plugin scan (mac only)

Have anyone encountered an issue where REAPER would hang when it tries to scan VST3 built with JUCE 6.1.6? This is only happening on the mac, on windows it works just fine. When I reverted JUCE back to 6.1.5 and rebuild the VST3 on the mac, it works great.

Could there be a change in JUCE 6.1.6 that would potentially cause this issue?

Have you tried loading your plugin in any other DAWs, JUCE’s AudioPluginHost, or GitHub - Tracktion/pluginval: Cross platform plugin testing and validation tool?
