Weird MIDI output latency on Windows?

Although “MidiDemo” contained (tabified) in DemoRunner works fine, but the single program of MidiDemo (one of examples contained in Projucer) will crash in case of Android (both OS 6.0 and 12.0 as far as I know).

using JUCE modules 7.0.2
