Windows 32bit build / native icon broken / folder wrong alpha channel

Juce Demo compiled as 32bit in Win10 / VS2017, Tab File Playback

no problem with 64bit build

regardless this problem (which sometimes appears after a while), the icon extraction could be replaced by newer apis, which allow also higher resolutions.

IShellItemImageFactory::GetImage
or SHGetFileInfo / SHGetImageList
