There seems to be a new issue with Xcode 4.6 (the release version which just came out on the 20th of this month), here is what it is spitting out:

I am using OSX 10.8.2 12C60 with the latest Xcode 4.6 from developer.apple.com… Additionally, just to ensure that this isn’t local to my system, I had no problems using Xcode 4.4 with the same version of OSX earlier this morning.
