A drummer percussionist and musical instrument maker.
My latest project is
Percusso
A new way of looking at time signatures that greatly increases the range of rhythmic complexity and un masks sweet grooves hidden by the current music theory that was developed 300 years ago. This new way of looking at time signatures puts programmers way ahead of the musical curve.
Unfortunately I have no coding skills
so far this project has taken 3 years from inception building the design and artwork, with more than 400 hours of programming in the last year.
the programmer says because it’s so flipping custom.
I am generally a do it all myself type
So due to my lack of programming I just have to trust him on that
It will be out soon in the App Store
Shorty after that I will be looking to turn it into a VST version
Should have started with VST really but this iOS app version is a proof of concept
I think it will do for rhythm as twelve tone equal did for melody.
I pay on time every time
I am not rich but I will always tell you what my budget is.
Thinking of spending some time learning coding but would rather pay someone who really knows what they are doing.
